Slab foundation

Foundation in the form of a monolithic plate refers to the shallow foundations, meanwhile its depth is not more than 0,5 meters. In contrast to the strip foundation, monolithic slab foundation is a whole reinforced slabs and allows without internal strains carry the load arising from the irregular movement of the soil.

Since everything is ready, pour the concrete. After solidification of the top you can make a cement screed.

Also, such a foundation can be made of concrete slabs, plates are stacked on a pad of sand and cement screed on top, of course all the cracks between the concrete slabs should be sealed with concrete.
